How to buy?
- Add the desired product to the shopping cart.
- On the upper right side of the screen, you will see your cart icon. Click there to view your cart and click checkout when ready.
- Enter the address where you want to receive your order.
- Select the desired payment method.
- Complete the order by selecting “Done”.
How fast will I receive my order?
It depends on the selected shipping method, the destination zip code, and customs delays. Usually, items are received from 3 to 14 business days after shipping. You will be able to track your order at all times with your tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Within the first 24 business hours of paying for your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Just click on Track Order to find out exactly where your order is and when it is estimated to arrive at its destination.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We prepare orders for shipping within 48 hours of the order being placed and paid for. Within 48 hours you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Do I have to personally receive my order?
If you are not there to receive your order, the courier can leave your product with any person who can receive it, as long as they are of legal age and properly identified. Otherwise, the courier service will contact you to inform you about the new delivery date. There is a limit of delivery attempts, only two are made. If the product has not been delivered in these two attempts, it is necessary to contact the courier service to reschedule another delivery attempt. If your order is not delivered, it will be canceled without the opportunity to be reshipped.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be displayed based on the purchase total and location, at checkout, at the time prior to purchase.
