Shipping and returns
We ship to Mexico, the USA, and Canada, (Central America and Europe coming soon). Cost and estimated delivery date are indicated at the time of checkout.
Once your order ships, we will update the order with the tracking information provided by the carrier using the email address you provided at checkout.
We offer a return period of 14 days from the reception date of the product.
The return will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, with the original label, and in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
